Escape to a secluded, serene paradise with our all-inclusive yoga retreat on a private Panama island. Your package includes daily yoga and meditation classes with incredible ocean views, inviting you to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit. You will receive healthy meals daily, your snacks and smoothies are included, and even some alcoholic beverages if you decide to have a local beer or glass of wine by the pool. A selection of eco tours, hikes and adventures, your laundry services and daily housekeeping, and your airport transportation from David Airport are also added to the price you pay at registration. About The Teachers...
Introducing Cara Unrue and Steph Jo Aud, experienced yoga instructors from Columbus, Ohio. They have been sharing their passion for yoga together for several years, and are known for their unique co-teaching technique that creates magic in every class. This upcoming yoga retreat in Panama will be their second international collaboration, promising an enriching and transformative experience for all guests. Join Cara and Steph Jo as they guide you on a journey to reconnect with yourself and find inner peace amidst the stunning backdrop of Panama.
Your journey begins with a warm welcome to our all-ocean-view accommodations, each equipped with AC and hot water. Choose from our 9 Twin/King Bungalows for a cozy retreat stay or the spacious Villa and Beach House for larger groups. Whether you're traveling solo, or with your group of friends, we have the perfect sleeping configuration to suit your needs. All arrangements are complete with complimentary laundry, toiletries, and towels.
Lodging Options
Casita
There are nine Casitas to choose from.
All but one of them can be either a King or 2 Twin option. The one room is a permanent King.
All rooms come with AC and hot water, and an ocean view.
Villa
This beautiful option is available to 4-6 people, with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and terraces.
Each of the 3 bedrooms can be fitted with 2 Twins or a King bed and comes with AC and hot water.
The Villa also offers ocean-views in each of the rooms!
Beach House
The Beach House is perfect for larger groups with ocean-view accommodations for 6 guests.
There is one Queen bed and 5 Fulls, with 2 bathrooms for the house, one on each floor.
The Beach House has AC throughout and hot water.

What's Not Included...
While your Panama Retreat promises an enriching and rejuvenating experience, it is important to note that certain elements are not included in the package. These additional offerings, which can add extra layers of excitement and luxury to your journey, include items such as airfare and transportation to Panama City, travel insurance, gratuities, and the indulgence of premium alcoholic beverages and cocktails (though you have the choice to add to your experience with these). Some of the extra adventure activities, like spa services, scuba diving lessons, exteded stay options, and captivating day trips to Boquete - including tours of coffee, rum, honey, beekeeping, waterfall hikes, horseback riding adventures, and exhilarating ziplining tours - are also not included. There are additional services that can streamline your journey with a VIP immigration clearance upon your arrival to Panama, tours of Panama City and the famous Canal, domestic flights, or even an overnight stay in the vibrant city. These extras are designed to cater to your specific desires, ensuring an unforgettable and tailor-made experience.
