What is Reiki?
Reiki (Ray-key) is Universal Life Energy, a powerful force that flows through all living things. Often described as a healing technique, therapy, or even an art, Reiki is fundamentally energy. It supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing by connecting us to the always-present, always-renewing Universal Life Force Energy.

Reiki - Universal (Rei) Life Force Energy (Ki) - can bring profound transformation and healing. Each person's Reiki experience is unique. Some describe feelings of well-being, peace, tingling sensations, warmth, or even visions, while others may feel a deeper connection over time.

What is Reiki Level 1 Attunement?

A Level 1 attunement creates a deeper connection to Universal Life Force Energy, guided by a Reiki Master. Once attuned, this connection remains with you for life, empowering you to practice Reiki on yourself and others.

The focus of Level 1 is to establish this profound connection while cultivating a greater understanding of Reiki principles and practices.
What to Expect in Your Training :
Reiki is primarily an experiential practice. While some foundational knowledge will be shared, the true essence of the session lies in your own experience. During this immersive session, participants will receive four attunements and explore key aspects of Reiki, including :

The Reiki principles (precepts) in a modern context.

The 7-Chakra system and its role in attunements.

The importance of self-Reiki and hand positions for treatment.
