VINYASA / Non Heated Room
WARM VINYASA / 80-85 Degrees
VINYASA FLOW & WARM VINYASA
After a creative warm up, students will be brought up to standing postures for a flowing and energetic practice. Moving through well thought out sequences and balancing postures this class offers multiple options for a difficult yet approachable practice. Students can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, while multiple variations of each posture will be offered.​

Warm Vinyasa is a similar flow style with our infrared panels turned to a comfortable temperature to help generate a little more heat.

HOT CLASSIC & WILD ROOT CLASSIC VINYASA
The signature Wild Root Yoga flow. This set sequence includes sun salutations, a basic yoga flow, balancing postures, and stretching. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners, as there are always several variations offered for each posture. Students should bring a towel and a water.

HOT CLASSIC / 95-110 Degrees
WRCV / Non Heated Room

SLOW FLOW
A calming and mindful practice that moves at a gentle pace, building from the ground up to standing postures and feel-good flows, or focusing more on floor-based, deep-stretching sequences. Each session encourages intentional transitions and a strong connection to breath based on what is needed in the moment. With variations and options offered throughout, slow flow is perfect for those seeking a grounding and restorative practice that builds strength, flexibility, and awareness.
